It is known that most of the time when employees resign, they leave their managers, not the company. We all know from our own experience how difficult it is to have a strong and competent boss, but who you don’t feel is on your side. Being an efficient manager, a skilled problem solver or an expert in the industry in which you work is a valuable thing, but that does not make you a leader.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
